Position Overview

As a UX/UI Designer at ClearifyX, you will play a crucial role in shaping the digital experiences of our clients. You will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing web designs that drive engagement and conversion. Your role will involve close collaboration with our marketing team to ensure that our digital solutions meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • User Research: Conduct user research to understand client needs and user behavior, informing design decisions.
  • Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize and test design concepts.
  • Design Execution: Develop and implement UI/UX designs for websites, landing pages, and other digital assets, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketers, developers, and project managers, to deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Testing & Iteration: Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine and improve designs.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive design documentation and style guides to ensure consistency across projects.
  • Stay Current: Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in UX/UI design, continuously improving your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Certifications: Certifications in UX/UI design or related fields are a plus.
