Position Overview

As a Product Sales Specialist at CV Turf & Courts, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and expanding our market reach. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our high-performance turf and court solutions to residential, commercial, and sports clients. Your role will involve building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that meet their specific requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.
  • Sales Strategy: Create and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Product Knowledge: Become an expert in our product offerings, including turf types, court surfaces, and installation processes, to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present detailed proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients, ensuring all technical and commercial aspects are accurately represented.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, understand competitor offerings, and stay informed about industry trends.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the project management and installation teams to ensure seamless execution of sales leads and client satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the landscaping, construction, or sports industries.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships. Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Certifications: Relevant sales certifications or training programs are a plus.
