Position Overview
As the Executive, HR Operations at Insight Psychiatric, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our human resources strategy. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance. Your role will involve close collaboration with our leadership team to ensure that our HR practices align with our mission and support our rapid growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals and objectives.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent. Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
- Performance Management: Design and implement performance management systems to ensure alignment with organizational goals and individual development plans.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts. Promote a culture of transparency and open communication.
- Compliance & Policies: Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs and implement programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
- Data Management: Utilize HRIS systems to manage employee data, track performance metrics, and generate reports.
- Leadership Support: Provide strategic HR advice and support to the leadership team, contributing to decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree or certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in HR operations, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis.
- Certifications: Relevant HR certifications are a plus.
