Duties & Responsibilities:

Conduct user research to understand customer needs and pain points.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize design concepts.
Create high-quality UI designs and ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate designs into development.
Test and iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing.
Maintain a style guide and design system to ensure a cohesive look and feel.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role, preferably in the IT or tech industry.
Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and creating interactive mockups.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present design ideas effectively.
