Senior System Administrator

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior System Administrator with deep expertise in Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) and broad experience in identity and access management, cloud infrastructure, and automation. You will secure and optimize our hybrid environments, drive user lifecycle automation, and administer enterprise identity integrations using modern IAM platforms and scripting tools

Duties & Responsibilities:

Administer Entra ID / Azure Active Directory: MFA, SSO, Conditional Access, RBAC, PIM, hybrid AD via Azure AD Connect
Design and implement identity federation (SAML 2.0, OpenID Connect, OAuth) for internal and third-party apps
Automate user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access workflows with PowerShell, Bash, Terraform, and Azure DevOps
Manage IGA/PAM platforms: Saviynt, SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta, Imprivata OneSign
Collaborate with Security & Compliance to enforce RBAC/ABAC policies and maintain audit readiness
Monitor and troubleshoot logs and events across Windows/Linux servers using Splunk, QRadar, Event Viewer
Lead Tier 2/3 support for Microsoft 365 stack, Intune, SCCM, SCOM, DNS, DHCP, GPO, Kerberos, and OU structure
Support AWS and Google Cloud IAM integration and B2B identity flows, including S3 access controls
Act as SME in ServiceNow, FreshService, and JIRA for change management and incident resolution

Requirements:

5+ years of hands-on experience with Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), including Conditional Access, MFA, PIM, and hybrid identity integration.
Strong expertise in identity and access management (IAM) principles; RBAC, SSO, SCIM provisioning, SAML, OAuth2, and identity lifecycle automation
Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Python, or Terraform to manage user provisioning, access controls, and infrastructure tasks
Experience managing hybrid cloud infrastructure, especially within Microsoft Azure, with working knowledge of on-prem AD and Azure AD Connect.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate) preferred.
