If you’re ready to dive into the world of IT and use your social media skills to enhance our online presence, we want you on our team! The ideal candidate will have experience in content marketing and digital storytelling, with a strong ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with our target audience

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts, images, and videos that reflect our company’s voice.
  • Monitor and respond to social media interactions and engage with our audience.
  • Create and update software documentation, including technical guides and user instructions.
  • Analyze and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media and technology to keep our content relevant.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to support campaigns and product launches.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Administrator or similar role, preferably in tech or IT.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to think creatively and adapt to the fast-paced world of social media.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design or photo editing tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
